Our First Call to Action!

I have been planning how this network can efficiently make use of our members that are seeking to become actively involved in changing this country for the better. Our system of groups can be a major factor in our success here.

I have been involved in an organization that has been having a lot of success in the parental rights area here in Mississippi and I have a devised a plan to use this formula on a larger scale to be successful in implementing the political change that we need to get our nation back to its founding fathers ideals and beliefs it was founded on.

This plan will organize the members of this network as to be more productive and successful politically.

Heres the plan....

We will build a network of groups here on OMC. Anyone can start a group so, each group will have a leader and all members can join any groups that are their most important issues to them. The members in these individual groups will educate each other and invite like-minded people from inside this network and beyond. They will discuss effective strategy's and decide on the best plan to effectively bring about the changes necessary to meet the goals of their group.

The other members, who are working in the groups of their particular interest or knowledge will trust the decisions of the other groups as to their plans for their issues. When any group decides on what needs to be done, the network will get behind them and work to accomplish their goals. It may be letter writing campaigns, emailing officials, petitions, voting for particular candidates or even marching to the front steps of Congress one day. Each group will present a plan of action for the support of the entire network of members for approval and we will all help them to accomplish their goals.

Example....

Someone starts and grows a "Non-Custodial Parental Rights Group" while others are working in their "Right to Bare Arms" and others are working on stopping the $60,000 in Federal bonus money that goes to CPS for terminating parents parental rights in their "CPS Abuse" group. There are dozens of equally important issues that are simultaneously being debated and plans are being devised to be effective.

The "Non-Custodial Parental Rights Group" comes up with a planned email campaign to target a particular Senator who has the ability to change for the better for their groups issues. They bring their plan to my attention and I, in turn, will bring it to the entire networks attention and we will follow a network approved plan of attack. We all unite as a whole and accomplish their goal.

This will continue for all groups here, We will all support each others issues when they ask and we will all have our issues supported when we need support. This will bring structure to the issues discussed here and will be a very effective means of accomplishing many different tasks simultaneously.

There is so much to do, I for one and ready to start.

Questions and comments and suggestions are always welcomed and appreciated.

Someone posted this in a group today, I thought I would share....

For My Liberal Friends:

"Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, our best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. We also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the generally accepted calendar year 2009, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere, and without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishes.

By accepting these greetings you are accepting these terms. This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for herself or himself or others, and is void where prohibited by law and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher."

This just in from GOPUSA.com....

“Freedom of speech was never meant to be a license for fringe groups to insult and antagonize the rest of us,” says Larry Stickney, President of the Washington Values Alliance. “While we must all do our best to respect the opinion of those we don’t agree with,” he says, “the 1st Amendment also guarantees our constitutional right to carry on our nation’s religious culture and traditions and we should be able to do so without petty harassment.”

The saga all started in October when Washington State gave a permit to a Wisconsin-based atheist group to display its sign alongside a Christian Nativity scene in the state’s Capitol in Olympia. The lengthy message on the sign states in part, “At this season of the Winter Solstice, may reason prevail. There are no gods, no devils, no angels, no heaven or hell.” It then goes into hateful attack mode, saying, “There is only our natural world. Religion is but myth and superstition that hardens hearts and enslaves minds.”

Since the atheist sign went up on December 1st, Democratic Governor Christine Gregoire’s telephone switchboard has been flooded with calls voicing complaints, up to 200 calls an hour. Calls mushroomed following Bill O’Reily’s FOXNEWS show highlighting the controversial sign. O’Reily calls it “political correctness gone mad".

Stickney explained the faulty logic of those allowing the exhibition of the hateful atheist sign: “Here is where Gregoire and other Olympia liberals’ erroneous interpretation of free speech and the 1st Amendment breaks down,” he said. “In their world, it’s okay to verbally pummel tens of thousands of Christians and disrespect their holidays, but don’t you dare open your mouth disparagingly about a minority religion or a deviant sexual lifestyle or you will likely be fired and/or charged with a hate crime. In other words,” Stickney summaries, “the constitutional right to exercise free speech anytime and anywhere applies to liberals and their politically correct causes and classifications only.”

Outraged by this sign that mocks religions, this week more than 500 demonstrators rallied on the steps of the state capitol to protest. Five days after it was placed near a large bust of George Washington, the placard created by the Wisconsin-based organization, Freedom From Religion Foundation, vanished. It reappeared later in the day when a man turned it over to a Seattle radio station.

Dan Barker, co-president of FFRF says it is only fair for them “to also have a place at the table” More likely, the sign is a great publicity stunt for the group, for why else would they have chosen the month of December to display it? One atheist said in a popular blog they found “the idea of celebrating the Winter Solstice almost as absurd as celebrating Christian holidays”. For Mr. Barker’s information, Winter Solstice celebrations are an ancient pagan festival, from a polytheist religion. (Oops! We thought they said they are against all religion. It looks like ones worshipping many gods is OK with them although they say differently in their sign.) Another atheist online took exception with the sign saying that the attack on religion is making a bad name for atheism. Barker and the FFRF are obviously using the Winter Solstice in December as a poor excuse to express their hatred towards Christians who celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ at Christmas and Jewish observers of Hanukkah. A “Holiday tree,” aka Christmas tree, has been displayed for the last nineteen years and in the past, a Jewish menorah candelabrum has also displayed by a private group.

Governor Gregoire is weakly bowing under pressure by this fringe group by passing the buck to state Attorney General Rob McKenna. She said Republican McKenna advised her that the Constitution’s First Amendment free speech rights keep her from interfering with the atheist’s message.

“The bottom line is this,” concludes Stickney. “The atheists display is in bad taste and it was a bad call to give them a permit this time of year…Allowing groups like these to thumb their nose at those who believe in God during the sacred Christmas holiday runs counter to sensible decorum and keeping the peace. There are many appropriate forums, both public and private for these folks to promote atheism, this isn’t one of them.”

Announcement December 12, 2008 1st Kings Chapter 8 begins in the 3rd year of a drought. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 And it came to pass after many days, that the word of the LORD came to Elijah in the third year, saying, Go, show thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth.
(skipped to verse 41 for space constraints)

41 And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain.
42 So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees,
43 And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times.
44 And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down that the rain stop thee not.
45 And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain.

I was reading this chapter last night and I thought that maybe God was showing me that if we had faith and worked diligently here that although our 107 members are as "a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand" a storm is coming that will bring thousands to join us here and will prevail in our attempt to save our Nation from these anti-family, anti-God and anti-freedom liberals that are filling our political offices.

Turkey Killed In Palin Video Sells

The turkey that met its end in the background of a Sarah Palin interview has been sold on eBay.
Millions of American TV viewers saw the graphic footage of the gobbler being slaughtered last month at the Triple D Farm in Palmer, Alaska.
The Alaska governor had just wrapped up a ceremony where she pardoned a much luckier turkey.
A sole bidder shelled out 225 dollars on the Internet auction site to take home the now-infamous bird.
The Triple D Farm even included a certificate of authenticity.
In the eBay product description, the farm said it butchers all turkeys in the most humane way possible.
Triple D Farm plans to donate half the proceeds from the turkey auction to the local Department of Veteran's Affairs.

Meet the new Boss, Same as the old Boss.

Barack “I got three Muslim names and several aliases” Obama’s recent appointee’s

Rahm “I’ll squash you like a grape” Emanuel as his Chief of Staff. Partisan democrat and Washington insider who has vowed to destroy anyone that gets in his way. He represents the sharp elbows of partisan division which have characterized Congress for far too long.

Senator Hillary “he did not have sex with that woman” Clinton as Secretary of State. Partisan democrat former wife of Bill Clinton who sacrificed her integrity by staying with an admitted repeat adulterous husband to advance her political career.

Gov. Janet “there only here to do the work no Americans want to do” Napolitano Governor of Arizona, the state that lets the vast majority of the illegal immigrants infiltrate this country, (including 240,000 illegal alien sex offenders) as Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

Gov. Bill “I’ll keep kissing United Nations ass till I get that Nobel Peace Prize” Richardson of New Mexico to be Secretary of Commerce, former Clinton administration Ambassador to the United Nations, Energy Secretary and architect of the Monica Lewinski coverup .

Robert “I rarely take a stand so I’ve got bipartisan support” Gates will stay on as Defense Secretary in Barack Obama’s administration.

Former Senator Tom “my wife is one of Washington’s top lobbyists” Daschle, former democratic majority leader voted out of office in 2004, to head Health and Human Services

Timothy “gimme the money” Geithner, New York Federal Reserve President for Treasury Secretary. He is one of the millionaire CEO types that presided over the financial crisis and was a leading player in the Bailout Booddoggle.

Some change. A career politician filling up his White House staff with Washington insiders.
The winds of change are blowing me away.

“There’s nothing in the street
Looks any different to me
And the slogans are replaced, by-the-bye
And the parting on the left
Is now the parting on the right
And the beards have all grown longer overnight

I’ll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around me
Pick up my guitar and play
Just like yesterday
Then I’ll get on my knees and pray
We don’t get fooled again” The Who.

One.

Its nice to be alone sometimes and think about life, God and maybe why we are here on this ball of dirt. And maybe contemplating what our purpose is here and what we can do to leave the world a better place when we are gone.

One can also be a very lonely number. This video is of One lady, a senior citizen, who took it upon herself to stand up against an angry mob of gay rights protesters that were marching through her city throwing things and screaming vulgarities at voters who had just voted for traditional marriage. One person, standing up for what she believed in.

The "in her face" mob screamed and ridiculed her and eventually ripped the cross out of her hand, stomped on it and pushed her to the ground.

My hopes for this network of Conservatives is for it to soon grow to the point that the next time One feels an overwhelming need to stand up for the traditional values of this country, that they will log on and send out a message that they are hitting the sidewalk at a certain time and place and literally thousands will be there waiting on One. I had the pleasure of being the first One here. Three days later there are 60.

This is my Conservative Manifesto.

Conservatives believe in personal responsibility. The individual, not the government is responsible for individual actions and that all government should be limited and be representative of the people.

I believe the Constitution of the United States is based on Judea Christian principals and it means exactly what it says. I believe this Constitution has produced the greatest nation in the history of the world.

I believe our Constitution gives us freedom and we use that freedom to elect officials to uphold this belief and protect Christian Principals and Individual freedom to accept or to reject them.

I believe taxes are justified only to fund necessary government spending and that the correct function of taxation is to equitably collect only that revenue needed to fund the legitimate activities of a constitutionally limited government. I believe in free market economy, individual liberty, traditional values and morals, and a strong national military for defense.

I believe that individual States are best able to solve their own State problems and that the communities, families and individuals and are best able to solve their own problems.

I believe government dependency is the enemy of freedom and it is as big of a threat to democracy as hostile foreign nations are to our way of life. I believe that government dependency breeds more dependency which stifles ambition and leaves individuals trapped in a vicious cycle of poverty. This is why I believe the ever expanding welfare state is destroying our nations families and leaving many to never even attempt to achieve the American Dream.

I believe the more that individuals, families and businesses can acquire and control the goods necessary to sustain and advance themselves, the more autonomy they will have from the state and others who may wish to unjustly restrict their freedom. I believe the free and responsible use of private property tends to create greater wealth and greater freedom for greater numbers of people.

I believe the marriage of one man and one woman is the natural foundation of all human society, and the means by which children ought to be brought into the world and taught the basic values of our civilization. I believe the Government has a duty to recognize and protect the family and must not grant alternative relationships the same status and privileges.

I believe that life is the first God-given right and it’s always wrong to deliberately take an innocent human life. When this principle is abridged, violence escalates. Thus I believe abortion, euthanasia and doctor-assisted suicide is murder as well as the cloning of human beings for the specific purpose of killing them for research or body parts.

I believe the Ten Commandments should not only be enshrined in our courthouses, they should be engraved in our hearts and minds as guides to all behavior, public and private. As the Founders acknowledged in the Declaration of Independence, laws and policies that violate the natural law are abuses of government power that must be resisted and reversed.

I believe we should strive to leave our children a better country. I believe America is more than just the land between its borders and the laws that govern it. It is the greatest culture on this planet, whose art, architecture, journalism, music, movies, television, schools and universities and laws should reflect and reinforce the traditional values that made this country great.

I owe this to my children, who will continue the America of tomorrow on the principals I teach them today.

It was an emotional experience putting what I believe in to words. I suggest everyone sitdown for a few minutes and really think about what you believe for yourself. I think it will be an eyeopener for everyone. I think you fill find that there are very few things that that you can confirm that you truely believe in with all your heart.

There is a war going on for your mind.
Media elites are willing accomplices of the New age politicians
who promise all things to all people but in turn only fill their pockets
with the savings you have set aside for the dreams of your children.

Together we rise up against tyranny and though
we lose a battle, we will ultimately win this war.
We fight with modern tools of this time-Computers, mailing lists,
protest signs, voices and votes-passing information on the enemies
of freedom at the speed of light bringing the condemnation of the
people on the enemies of freedom.
If these tools fail we will pick up the weapons of our forefathers and
crush this new internal enemy that preys on our very way of life and

the faith of our nation.

Rise up Christians, Conservatives, Mothers, Fathers, Sons and Daughters of Hero's, Children of Democracy and Lovers of Freedom, Faith and God.

There is a war going on for your mind.

It is our generation's turn to fight for Liberty.
If not us, who?
If not here, where?
If not now, when?
